ReplyDeleteThat makes me young too!! :)
ReplyDeleteA great haiku.
ReplyDeleteIf 50 is the new 30 what does that make 60?
Good one Andy. It would be great if we could ride the merry-go-round backwards and be young again. Loved this.

This is so sweet!
ReplyDeleteLoved this....actually a blogger friend told me that sixties is the new twenties, in that context your haiku makes perfect sense. :)
ReplyDeleteFor sure another year is just a number ... happy day to your friend.
ReplyDeleteI sense a little irony here...
ReplyDeleteDay 4: Corn in the Wash
Aw...sweet! (we share a birthday--it was fun to see "birthday" with Sept 4!)
ReplyDeleteHi Paula, the haiku prompt was to 'write on anything you choose' and my Nicola's birthday was actually on the 3rd, so I chose 'Birthday'.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday again, to you for the forth! Mine was the 25th of August, which makes us all Virgo's!
